Shipping and processing
We are a Small Business, We try to get your order out as fast as possible. As orders are picking up please allow us a grace period of 3-5 business days to prepare your order.
Standard shipping is free on purchases over $150 and takes 3-5 days from the time package arrives to carrier. We are not responsible for USPS or UPS delays.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your address is correct. All orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS
We do not ship to Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, New Hampshire, and South Dakota.
Returns
We do not accept returns.
We will NOT refund your order unless it has not shipped 8 business days after order placed.
Privacy
A Better Dispensary will only use information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). Any information collected by A Better Dispensary is solely for the purpose of fulling orders. We do not sale or share your information with 3rd parties. We will not email you unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.
